1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ddt222 website at https://ddt222.org, including all sub-pages, features, games, services, and content available thereon.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses the Platform, whether as a registered account holder or as a visitor.
• "Account" means the registered Player account created through the ddt222 registration process.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of deposited funds and credited bonus funds held in a Player's account at any given time.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager on ddt222, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement.

You accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you, subject to you having duly notified us of any unauthorised access in accordance with this clause.

ddt222 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages of the Platform. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is entirely secure. We encourage all Players to enable two-step OTP verification, available within the ddt222 account security settings.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

ddt222 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladesh Taka (BDT, ৳) via the following verified payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum deposit: ৳50 per transaction.
• Own funds only: You may only deposit money that legally belongs to you. Deposits made using funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

• Withdrawal to source: Withdrawals will, wherever possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. ddt222 reserves the right to apply alternative withdrawal routing at its sole discretion where the original method is unavailable.
• Processing times: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during operational hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals are processed same-day during Bangladesh business hours. ddt222 does not guarantee processing times where delays are caused by third-party payment providers.

ddt222 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any transaction where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions is reasonably suspected.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

ddt222 offers a range of promotional incentives to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Only one bonus may be active at a time per Player account unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, have no cash value prior to meeting wagering requirements, and cannot be exchanged for real money or other consideration outside of the wagering process.
• Real Money Funds in your balance are used before Bonus Funds in all wagering. Wagering requirements apply to Bonus Funds only; winning bets placed with Real Money Funds are always withdrawable subject to standard identity verification.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

10. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue attributable to technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond ddt222's reasonable control.
• Errors in game software caused by third-party game studios where ddt222 acts as a distribution platform rather than a developer.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security as required by these Terms.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently corrected or updated.

ddt222 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ddt222 reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

ddt222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• The Player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
• The Player holds or has held more than one account on the Platform.
• ddt222 suspects the Player of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct described in these Terms.
• The Player's continued use of the Platform poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to ddt222.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming provisions.
• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

Where an account is closed due to a Player's own request or for reasons unrelated to a breach, any remaining Real Money Balance (after deducting any outstanding wagering obligations on active Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to fraud, abuse, or a material breach of these Terms, ddt222 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including Real Money Funds, and to pursue recovery of any losses incurred by ddt222 as a result of the Player's conduct.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

You agree that you will not pursue class action or collective proceedings against ddt222 in connection with any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform.

14. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ddt222 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

No Waiver: Failure by ddt222 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of ddt222. ddt222 may assign its rights and obligations at any time, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Language: These Terms & Conditions are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
